Domestic Shipping

Sophie ships her packages from Melbourne, Victoria. She uses Australia post. Your package should arrive within two to eight days of your order. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

*Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic Sophie is only offering standard shipping through Australia Post. This is to ensure she is complying with Victoria’s isolation guidelines in limiting how much she’s interacting with people outside her household. 07/07/2020

International shipping is currently unavailable through www.sophiefox.art.

If you live overseas and would like to purchase a piece from the website please feel free to contact Sophie. Shipping overseas can be arranged on a case by case basis. Reply’s to contact through the website and Instagram happen within 24 hours.

Free Shipping on Jewellery

Shipping on purchases of exclusively jewellery are free! If jewellery is added to a purchase of any other product type (mugs, vases, ect.) a flat rate shipping cost of $10 will be applied at checkout.

Local pickup

If you live in the inner Northern Suburbs of Melbourne would like to arrange a local pickup from Sophie’s studio in Egremont Street, Fitzroy North 3068. Use the code ‘LOCAL2020’ at checkout and Sophie will be in contact via email to make arrangements for pickup date and times. Using the note form at checkout you can leave additional information, such as, preferred contact method, indicate dates and times that work best for you.

*Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic local pickup will only be available from Sophie’s home address in Reservoir 3073.

**3/8/2020 Due to stage 4 lockdown in Victoria, local Pickup is only availible to those living within a 5km radius of Reservoir.

Sending As a Gift

If sending as a gift please indicate at checkout and add a special message to the recipient. The gift will be gift wrapped and a card included for free.

At checkout you can easily distinguish shipping and billing address, just follow the prompts.

Tracking on Packages

On orders of masks and jewellery orders shipped via standard post no tracking will be available. All ceramics orders will have tracking via Australia Post. Any tracking information will be emailed to customers upon the fulfillment of orders.

Lost or Broken packages

If your order does not arrive within 30 days of your “fulfilment” email please get in contact with Sophie and she will arrange a replacement.

If a piece arrives broken please get in contact with Sophie so she can arrange a replacement with you. If you can include photos in your correspondence with Sophie that is very helpful.

Please note: replacement ceramic pieces can take up to 8 weeks to produce, this replacement period is determined on a case by case basis. Each piece is unique, so they may vary slightly, Sophie does her best to replicate the original piece as closely as possible.
